      WAYS OF CONTROLING YOUR WEIGHT
     Obesity or overweight is majorly caused by uncontroled consumption of eatries. When you eat continuosly without minding the consequence, fats will continue accumulating. This becomes worse when one fail to engage himself in an appropriate exercise that will aid the burning of the accumulated calories. To control your weight, a good observation of the following measure can be put into practice.
Eat before you feel hungry and stop eating before you feel abnormally satisfactory. This prevents you from eating excessively which might result in accumulation of extra fat. Remember, it is the piling up of undigested food that leads to fat accumulation, thus gaining weight.
Your calorie intake should as well be lesser than the quantity you need to burn. If the amount of fat in question is  about 2000 calories, the average calory consumption should be below 2000 calories, say 1750- 1800cal. Otherwise,you will discover that there is no improvement with your burning excercise.
Additionally, be mindful of your daily consumptions. You should reduce oil intake. Eating fried foods are example of food to reduce. This is so because frying food absorbs more oil, which when ate, fat is taken.
Define an appropriate excercise that will have a high burning effect. This of course will go a long way in weight control.
